People signing up under Free Signup when it should be charging...

    I have had three people signup under the "Free Signup" although the product specifies that it is $75 a month with no trial period. I have not been able to replicate this issue by signing up myself, and it was not done manually through admin as far as I can tell as there is nothing in the admin logs of such an event occurring. They were all on different days, weeks apart, while no changes were made to the product. Any idea how this could happen and avoid happening in the future? And how do to I change it so that when it renews their subscription it requires their credit card number and doesn't renew them for free?

    There are no coupons for it, and normally works fine except for these three users,
