I connected my aMember with my PayPal account. The payment is successful and comes to my PayPal account, but membership is not enabled for the customer. In the members area, I have the payment as "pending." Eh correctly followed the steps and even though the IPN connect ... Eh looked IPN history in my PayPal account and the tests I did, are properly sent. The PayPal IPN came out correctly, it seems that the problem is not there but in aMember. It is urgent, within a few hours, I have to go on sale! I await your response.
If problem is urgent then the quickest way to get support is by using their helpdesk. You need to check in the aMember log files to see if it gives a reason for the ipn failure.
Is there a fix for this?? I am having the same issue. PayPal is showing confirmed payments through the account page and in IPN log. aMember is also displaying a receipt number that matches the one generated by PayPal. edit: Receipts are also not generating for manual payments made offline. (Not sure if related.) I receive this error when trying to view the pdf receipt for manual payments. An internal error happened in the script, please contact webmaster for details
