Paypal says recieved payment, but no money

    hi guys, i have a problem i don't know how to fix..

    i get notice saying we received money.

    However, ever since the domain transfer(within the same host, i had to move wordpress) - there have been issues with new members signing up(members have to pay membership fee via paypal). Members now are able to sign up, but the notifications I have been getting is only from PayPal, and not the second image.

    i don't know where to begin. is there any advise can you guys give me?

    I'm a newbie to aMember and forum, just to preface.
    But I have noticed that some PayPal payments where purchaser uses the "eCheck" method takes a full five days for money to 'clear'/authenticate by PayPal before it is credited to the receiver's account. Maybe that is related, or not.
    Also a P.S., and really the main reason prompting me to post:
    I would suggest to you to use your graphic editor program to 'Blur' or paint over (black out) the important details such as Transaction ID, Receipt No and customer email address. Just good security practice.
    (I have no affiliation with these, but you may try FastStone Screen Capture or IrfanView or XnView which have rudimentary blurring or screen obfuscation or paint over capabilities. FYI.)
