Paypal express passback does not capture address?

Sandbox testing of Paypal express module works ok for signup transactions. However, with Accept Direct Payment enabled the user registration does not capture the address information from Paypal. Is there some way to get the address data from the paypal passback or do I have to get it directly from the user after they pay?

Also, how can I show the user the profile form with the address section expanded? The default is that they have to click a button to see it for themselves so if they miss it they will not fill out the address.
