    1. Previous conditional payments
I would like to have payments for each year, plus the ability to take payments for previous years

member has to pay £5 for 2010 year
if they have they can must pay £5 for 2011 year
Then if they have paid that they can pay subscription for 2012 onwards.

I think this should be possible by using
"To order this product user must have an" fearture
eg to buy 2012 subscription they must have
expired 2011 payment (start date calc set to 1/1/2011)

to buy 2011 payment they must have
expired 2010 payment (start date calc set to 1/1/2010)

    Does this sound right?

    2. Fixed renewal dates
I would like the subscription renew date for 2012 to be fixed each year, irrespective of their initial payment date eg 1/1/2013 etc

So if a member pays for 2012 on 10th Feb 2012 (or any date in 2012), they will get billed each year going forward on 1st Jan (eg next payment to be on 1st Jan 2013)

    Is this possible?

    thanks for any help.

    1. Yes right.
    2. This can be done with customization only.

In aMember 3 I could set a default end date for each product - so someone subscribing today would show todays date as the start date and 31/03/2013 as the end date. In aMember 4 it looks like I can no longer do that?? Why? That was a very useful feature - in fact, our system needs that as renewal is always on a fixed date each year...some of our products are for 2 years, so need to show end date as fixed date for 2 years time

Was the 'Fixed Renewal Date' solved?
I'm needing to create a second price for renewal, but have the renewal subscription date fixed.
