payment fails, given full access anyway

    Customer signs up, makes an unsuccessful moneris credit card payment. They are returned to "payment failed, try again." page, which is great. But if they simply click to My account, payments - it shows their payment went through (which it didn't) and they are given full access.

    Ideas?

    Support ticket.

    They are the only ones you can give access to and fix problem.
