Payment failed with AuthorizeCim (even though it is successfully received)

    When a user checks out, Amember says "Payment failed" and doesn't allow the user to finish the checkout process. However, the payment does go through into Authorize.net correctly. Also, the Amember logs show that Authorize.net is sending back transaction approved response.

    Amember 4.1.15, cc module installed, using authorize-cim payment plugin. authorize-cim isn't in test mode.
