    Hello
Thank you for your time and attention

I'm setting up amember to use authorize.net's CIM
    I've setup amember
    I've setup the CIM account

    Both are test mode
Using my authorize.net test account info:
    API Login & Trans Key
    and
Using the test information provided by either amember or authorize.net
amember keeps showing: Payment failed: E00044:
    Which reads:
    API Error Code: E00044
Error Code Text: Customer Information Manager is not enabled.

Yet, in my authorize.net account manager
    CIM is clearly "enabled"

I could not find, using the forum search tool; anything related to this specifically

So- any suggestions on what to do next?

Thank you again for your time and attention
    Benn

Benn, this error message comes from Authorize.Net. So just contact Auth.net support with all this information.

Will activating CIM on my Authorize.net account mess up all my other amember sites that don't use CIM?

Is there a way to use AIM with the new Amember version without CIM mode? WHY would you chnage this. All us older Amember users change to CIM becuase all our old sites are running fine and will break.

You can use AIM with aMember v4, contact us in helpdesk and request AIM plugin.
Also, enabling CIM should npt affect other installations where you use AIM integration method.
