We have the same issue as an earlier report in Sept 2012. Emails to Users are missing the password. Also, in emails responding to lost password request, the temporary login link generates a system error message, and states that there is a script problem. We can get the encrypted password (%user.pass%), but we can't get the plain text password (%password%). Any suggestions as to where to look to solve this problem? We're not programmers. We can fix simple PHP and HTML if we know what to look for and where. We have responded to another thread on this issue -- we checked for the InputPassword.php file. We have one dated 1979, nothing else. Would appreciate any help! Thanks!
amember doesnt store passwords as non-encrypted, so cant email them. %password% shouldnt really be an option anywhere besides the registration email- thats before amember stores the email, when the user submits the initial registration. David
