Not Renewing Subscriptions

    aMember isn't updating user access automatically. I'm having to go into the system and manually input user payments to renew their subscriptions. It there a way to check what's causing this issue?

    All IPN are sending successfully from Paypal.

    I need to check aMember's logs in order to tell you what is wrong.

    I was told that the user database wasn't imported correctly. That the payment ids are wrong. Where are the payment id's even found? I don't see them in the database at all?

    Also, I imported all the available data in the CSV. There wasn't anything about payment id's. What do they look like?
