aMember isn't updating user access automatically. I'm having to go into the system and manually input user payments to renew their subscriptions. It there a way to check what's causing this issue? All IPN are sending successfully from Paypal.
Please contact us in helpdesk and provide amember CP login info if this is not fixed yet. I need to check aMember's logs in order to tell you what is wrong.
I was told that the user database wasn't imported correctly. That the payment ids are wrong. Where are the payment id's even found? I don't see them in the database at all? Also, I imported all the available data in the CSV. There wasn't anything about payment id's. What do they look like?
When you upgrade from amember v3 to amember v4 you should use these instructions: http://www.amember.com/docs/Migration_from_legacy_aMember_Pro_v3 When you use aMember CP -> Import, payment will not be linked to paypal's subscriptions, so you need to re-import database.
