Is there a way to create a User Status of "archived", this is for users that are expired and not expected to renew any time soon. We don't want to delete the user and their history, but we don't want them displayed in a list of expired members either?
Unfortunately there is no such status. Status for user is being calculated automatically depends on user's payments/subscriptions. Currently there is no way to change it manually.
