I'm trying to set up the New Expiration Email in the "Email Messages" section of "Protect Content". My email is set up correctly, as I am able to send emails using the "Email Users" function. I have a few test accounts to test sending the email either on the day of expiration or 1 day before expiration. Neither have worked, as I haven't received emails to either of the test accounts. How do I manually test to, or verify what is the problem?
