    I need help getting my website working. I've added another $40 as the support team request for additional programming. Please check order -

    That's the problem. I think they don't even read my emails. If they read it...maybe it's ignored...I've sent a new email yesterday. But it's already over 24 hours with no response....

    Keep in mind that every time you respond to the ticket it moves it back down in the queue (ticket queued by oldest first).
