After Login nothing happens except a red line appears above the successful Login. If I refresh the page it goes correctly to the Member page. Must be an error, but not in documentation.
Please contact us in helpdesk and include login page url and example login/password to test login process.
Hi, The text which normally reads "The user name or password is incorrect" was not there... just a thin red line. Other log-in pages were not having this problem only my profile page. I contacted support via the ticket system and they got back to me quickly. They told me that some WordPress Plug-Ins can cause this. I disabled my WP Plug-Ins and re-enabled them, found the culprit, adjusted it's settings, and the problem was gone. Hope this helps.
