i am moving to another server (under Debian 6).
If i remember i shoudl install Ioncube loader right?
    Can i then do this?
    1-backup whole database
2-simply copy the whole website to the new server?
3-restore database there and wait for DNS update

    thanks

If you use latest v3 versions or v4 you don't need IonCube loaders correct.
Also here is additional steps you must do:
    4. Edit amember config file and specify new database connection info.
    5. After DNS change login into aMember CP, delete all records from amember CP -> Protect folders (or Protect content -> Folders) and set protection again.

No. 3.2.3 doesn't have IonCube encoded files.
