Hi everyone, I'm about to migrate over 900 records from Amember v3 to Amember v4 on behalf of my client. I'm using 1ShoppingCart and I have about 40 annual auto-renewal records to move. These have actually NOT yet gone through their first auto-renew, so I'm hoping that I can rather easily migrate them to v4. Regarding migration, the documentation expresses this limitation: http://www.amember.com/docs/Migration_from_legacy_aMember_Pro_v3 Recurring subscriptions are known to work correctly for PayPal subscriptions only. Import of recurring subscriptions from other payment systems requires attention from qualified aMember professionals. The problem is not import itself, the problem is how these imported subscriptions will be automatically handled by new payment plugins in v4. Does this limitation include 1ShoppingCart? If so, HOW do I obtain the necessary assistance, a support ticket? I am pretty handy with databases, so if this is something I can do myself, I'm willing, but I am also in a hurry! Can you advise?
