Hello, I am reviewing aMember Pro for our non-profit organization to purchase and I have some quesitons I've been unable to locate specific answers to on the site. We are looking at making our annual memberships become 12 month term memberships and it creates two problems for us. Problem One: Can we implement a way whereby a member at a particular membership level after X amount of days receive automated e-mails. Can aMember send them an e-mail at multiple milestones in their membership in terms of days since they became a member? Problem Two: Our members receive 3 postal mailings during the term of their 12 month membership. Does aMember have a way to automate an e-mail direcdtly to a 3rd party fulfillment house to instruct them to mail a package to the member? Is there a way for us to track via aMember which members have received what mailings? I'll look forward to your reply . . . Regards, Stuart
