I read this was an issue a couple of years ago but yesterday I changed the expiration dates of some members that were not automatically entered correctly and it changed them to COPPA users. What I did was take a person who was showing a 5/31/16 (or later) expiration date and fixed it to the 12/31/15 date. Shortly after, I started getting messages that people were getting a "banned for life" message when they logged in. In vbulletin these members show up in both the correct user group and the COPPA user group where the COPPA has become the main usergroup. What went wrong?
