For those of you thinking of opening a membership based site... you don't need to keep looking. I've been using Amember for about a year now and once it is set up... which is not difficult... it just works. You can get fancy with configurations and customizations but you can leave it simple as well. Trust me... I code php and I tried to make my own scripts but gave up in frustration. I found amember and said to myself 'why pound my head against a wall... this is what I need' and for $130 or whatever... its a no brainer. Just shell out the bucks and get on with business. Alex does respond to trouble tickes rather quickly 90% of the time and is very helpful. Just my 2 cents but I think most other users here would agree with me.
