I'm seeing some posts here asking where the support is and we've got an urgent ticket open since Wednesday with no reply. Their verbiage states there will be replies in 24 hours, but it hasn't happened. I'm starting to get concerned. Anyone there? Ray
I've had a ticket open since July 27th, I got a few questions from support which I answered very quickly, then nothing. Seems support has gone away for this product.
I still have no answer either. I see they're answering questions in pre-sales but not here nor our tickets. I'll post over there and see if we can get a response. Ray
