    Hello,

I just sent in a support ticket, but it came back to me so hopefully you will get it.

I just purchased the latest version of phpfox (neutron) and also the phpfox amember plugin. I am having trouble getting it to work.

The plugin is installed correctly as it is showing up in my amember admin.

When I try to browse to the Phpfox Folder it keeps saying this is not a proper config file. I've looked all over in the phpfox files and there is no config file. So I'm not sure what is supposed to be there (or if this is outdated).

I also am not sure what is supposed to go here:
Phpfox Database name and Tables Prefix

I know the phpfox database name, but what is meant by the Tables Prefix?

I am running 4.5.3 amember as shown in my admin footer.

    Thanks,
    Lisa

Can you please help me with this? There is almost nothing in the documentation on how this is supposed to work and I've been waiting patiently for this for a long time.

I login as one of my users and then navigate to the community page. They just see the sign up to phpfox page. Shouldn't the plugin automatically log them in? I guess I thought that is what it is for. That when someone is logged into amember they will get logged into phpfox with the same email address. That way my members don't need two different sets of login information.

I just don't see how this has done anything, but I'm sure I don't have it set up right.
