I submitted a installation request 3 days ago, no reply yet. I sorta want this done by Thursday if possible. Request Evidence:
The response time for the helpdesk is slow. Once you have Alex' attention he is very good, but seems he is very busy and has to do other things. So keep emailing them and eventually (hopefully) somebody will get back to you. I think Amember need lots and lots more staff.
