I can't edit the intro text for helpdesk page. The popup shows up but it doesn't save the changes. Thanks.
I guess you did not press 'Save' button on main form after close popup window. Otherwise please contact us in heldpesk ( https://www.amember.com/support ) we will troubleshoot this issue.
Ok, i will contact you in help desk. because the popup doesn't disappear when i click on the "OK" button, therefore i cannot save the changes in main helpdesk settings page. i tried it in 3 different browsers and same issue. Thanks.
If it doesn't disappear, there seems to be JS error on the page. I need an access info to check this, so please submit a ticket if you haven't done this yet.

UPDATE : well, all pop-ups in settings doesn't work. It gives same JS error. For example : Default Theme>Header - Edit ; same error.
