One of my new members tried to send me a long-message trouble ticket... But he lost all of his message due to "auto logoff". I was not aware aMember had a timed "auto logoff" - is there any way for me to adjust this?
Hmm, Do you mean your user write message more than 2 hours? It is default session lifetime. Anyway you can change it at aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> Login Page (User Session Lifetime) to anything you prefer.
