how to set up email delivery invoice to the customer

    I tried to be as a customer, but I have not received an email invoice.
    there are advanced settings for set up email??

    The problem could be in email system configuration. Please try to test configuration at aMember CP -> Setup -> Email -> Test e-mail sending method. Do you receive test message?

    how to make page confirmation payment(offline payment)!!

    qustent, how to make that page??

    Ok. Enable mail log in amember CP -> Setup -> Email and try to signup again.
    Then check was message really sent in amember Cp -> Logs -> Mail log.

    In regards to offline payment, you should use offline payment plugin, in plugin configuration you will be able to modify page with instructions.
