We have a customer who has asked us to remove her credit card info that is stored on CIM. If I log in as her and try to remove the card number from the Update Credit Card Information popup aMember gives an error and says it requires a card number. I went into authorize.net's Tools > Customer Information Manager and deleted her profile there. aMember still shows the Update Credit Card Information link in her account, so aMember thinks she still has card info on CIM. It throws an error when I click on her Update Credit Card Information link now. Is there a way to make her account happy again? In the future, how do I remove a customer's stored card data safely, or is it just there forever?
