I use the Dwolla and offline payment options and I have hundreds of users who registered, but never paid. I suppose they're mostly bots. I've tried several options in "delete old records", but can't get rid of them. Also, is there a way to prevent spam registrations?
Go to Control Panel > Setup/Config > Advanced .. click "Clear Incomplete Users" and set the number of days don't be too aggressive to allow processing time.
