    Hello,

I have customers that i want to import in amember but i want to add them to a product and i do not want to add them one by one manually to the product because i have about 300 customers so it's going to take a while...

How is it possible to add them in one time ? ( i also want people to be added to the list in amember).

thank you for your help guys! ;-)

    There is two options:

    1. import user subscriptions together with users from CSV file.
In section import on second step you can enable 'Add Subscription' checkbox and you will see ability to assign subscriptions specific fields from your import file eg Product, Begin Date, expire Date etc.

    2. You can use 'Mass Subscribe' action after import. I each import has its ID. You can see it in import history.
You can use this ID to choose all these users in 'Advanced Search' at
aMember Cp -> Users -> Browse Users
then choose 'Mass Subscribe' action from drop down menu below table with users.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

thank you for your answer, it really helps.

I tried option 2. "Mass Subscribe" but it seems that people are not added to the newsletter of the specific product of my autoresponder aweber.

Is that normal ? If yes is there a way to also add them to the newsletter on my autoresponder ? kind of a "Mass Subscribe" to the newsletter? ;-)

    Thanks again!

Do you have option 'Auto-Subscribe users to list' for your lists enabled?
aMemeber Cp -> Protect Content -> Newsletters
    if so please navigate to
aMember CP -> Utilities -> Rebuild Db and run Rebuild Newsletter Database

Also you can subscribe all user with proper access to list at
aMemeber Cp -> Protect Content -> Newsletters
in column 'Action' most right action - Subscribe all available users

    Hello,

Great you solved my problem. you are the best thank you very much!! :)

I have a last question about importing subscribers, is there a way to say that people do not receive follow up from autoresponder when i import them and do that for all people at the same time ??

    thanks again.
