How does customer update/add card

    On subscription renewal the payment failed, The system generates this email.

    Your subscription was not renewed automatically by membership system due to payment failure: Payment failed
    Our system will try to charge your card again on 09/23/15
    You may update your credit card info here:. https://www.ivestplus.com/auth/member

    The issue is how do you update the card? When you go to the member page there is no way to update.
    Note: I do have 3 rebill attempts. I am using authorize.net CIM. The link does show on the the page once the subscription expires.

    Also, I have users that escape at credit card input. We will still manually active these, send an email letting them know they will need to update prior to end of trial to continue. Again, no way to add/update a card until expired.

    One idea, is there any way to alway have the "Update Credit Card Info" link always available?

    Any input is greatly appriciated

    Contact us in helpdesk and ask to send latest authorize-cim plugin. That issue is fixed in latest plugin already.
