How do you handle a refund policy?

    Hi,

    This is more of a post-sale question. I was just wondering how people with aMember handle their refund policy. Can you issue refunds from the script, or do you have to go through the payment processor? If it's the latter, are there payment processors that don't have this option?

    This depends on payment system which you plan to use. Refunds can be processed from aMember CP if this is supported by payment system's API.
