Sorry im new to amember. Its been a week since install and i set affiliates to be payed each monday ( today) i loged into amember and chose " generate payout manually" But my affiliate claims that money was not sent to his paypal. Is there any other action i should take in order to pay him?
You have to download payout file which was generated and use this file in Paypal's Mass payment: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_batch-payment-overview-outside aMember won't pay affiliate commissions automatically, it will generate payout file which you can use in your paypal account to pay all payments in one go.
by the way i have only 1 affiliate as its a jv and not planning to have more is it alright to use the "send" money function at paypal? and for this mass payment to work, do i need to enroll at " mmass payment"paypal in the first place ?

I downloaded the export to pay via mass payments but paypal doesn't like the file format. Error: This mass payment cannot be processed because there is an error in the file format. Please make sure that the file is tab-delimited or comma separated and that each entry has a corresponding email address, payment amount, and currency code. In addition, please specify only one type of currency per Mass Payment file. Any idea how I can convert it to work properly and be accepted by Paypal in their upload?
