So my site is supposed to be a $1 trial for 7 days then $49.99 per month. However when people click to pay, it says it's "$1.00 USD for the first 7 days Then $49.99 USD for 5 years". This is confusing and makes no sense. I've attached a screenshot but how do I fix this? My product is setup as "lifetime" on the second billing at $49.99 per month". Here's a screenshot:
I guess you set up your billing plan is a bit incorrectly. Do you mind to check property 'Rebill Times'. It should be 'Rebill Second Price until cancelled'. Also second period should be 1 Month. Best Regards.
