I have several customers who purchase a product using offline payment. Not all of them sign up for a free trial membership first. They sign up and make the purchase directly. However, between the time they register for the product and the payment is cleared, I'd like to grant them immediate access to the free member parts of the website and a temporary "trial" version of the product. At the moment, they don't get any kind of access at all - so they can't even log in (in fact they get an error message) unless I manually update their access to a "free membership" product. How can I configure amember so that this is all done automatically? (1. Grant them free member access to the website and 2. give them access to a free trial version of the product that will get replaced when the payment goes through...)
