Helpdesk: Multiple admins per category?

    I don't see a way to assign multiple admins for a single category in the helpdesk. Is there any way to do this?

    If not, I would like to request this feature be developed.

    I have a workaround using a group email, but it would be cleaner if I could just set x number of admins to respond to any ticket.
