Helpdesk features

    Few questions on helpdesk features.

    - Do you support email piping?
    - Is their a helpdesk ticket creation API?
    - Are there any addons/customisations for the helpdesk module to make it more feature rich?

    as you can tell, the ticketing system is an important part of the CMS for us.

    We do not go so far with helpdesk plugin, I recommend you to look at Cerb5 for this http://www.cerberusweb.com/ - we are using this instead of aMember's built-in helpdesk, and it does what you are asking for and lot more. We of course have a well-tested integration module for it.

    Not looking for anything spectacular and would much prefer everything in one, im happy with the amember ticket system, just would like to be able to pipe in emails, i can script that myself if an API exists? if not, just means ill have to make one of those too.

    Also keen to hear any ETA's on 4.2.0?
