    my website has not been able to bill customers for a month do to a server crash.

    I am now all caught up however I upgraded amember in the mean time and am trying to get it configured to use my pay flow but am getting this warning...

    which I did not have on the previous version..

    WARNING! Every application processing credit card information, must be certified as PA-DSS compliant, and every website processing credit cards must be certified as PCI-DSS compliant.
    aMember Pro is not yet certified as PA-DSS compliant. We will start certification process once we get 4.2.0 branch released and stable. This plugins is provided solely for TESTING purproses Use it for anything else but testing at your own risk.
    I am trying to get my payment configured to rebill my customers. anyone have anythoughts?

    the support here at amember has been good in the past but I have been ignored by support for two different emails. hmmm very sad.

    Sorry for delay with reply, support is offline on weekends.I've answered your tickets in helpdesk. In regards to above message. It is being displayed because you are using payment plugin which takes CC info on your site.(but it is not stored in amember's database)
    So your setup should be PCI-DSS compliant. Please check my last reply to your ticket in helpdesk.

    I am desperate to get this fixed. I think the ssl is straight and now I get an error

    I have yet to bill customers...please assist! I really need this fixed before you take off for the weekend. what is the best time to get real time support if I pay for it?
