Help troubleshooting email set up

    I need to use SMTP email from my amember installation due to email deliverability issues that have come up.

    I have successfully set up SMTP in my V4 installation on SoloSmart.com and email is going out fine but when I provide the exact same info into my V3 (3.2.4) installation on SoloMasterminds.com I get this error:

    • There was an error sending the email message
    • SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.
