[HELP] High CPU Resources from index.php

Hi Alex,

I have an issue with high load of cpu resources on my server. I have contacted the support and they confirm my problem with following details:

Keep in mind, it's the content in this folder that are problematic: /home/XXX/public_html/XXX.com/amember. The index.php file is the one that is problematic. I ran head on the file and saw this

if (!defined('APPLICATION_CONFIG'))
define('APPLICATION_CONFIG', dirname(__FILE__) . '/application/configs/config.php');

### check if config.php was propertly copied (for setup.php)
if (@$_GET['a'] == 'cce')
{
header('Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT');
header('Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate');
header('Cache-Control: post-check=0, pre-check=0', FALSE);

I am not familiar with this code, but it looks like you have caching disabled. You may need to look at documentation for the code and figure out how to fix it.
