HELP: Customers aren't getting their passwords after purchase in the receipt email

    hey guys... BIG issue here.

    i'm using Amember4 on one of my sites. (been using amember for 11 years now on various sites)

    when the user purchases via clickbank we send them the email from amember with their login details.

    but the user isn't getting their password!!!!

    WTF?!?

    How do we fix this so the email goes out and the customer gets the password so they can login and get the stuff they paid for?

    we send out the email template via amember after they purchase.

    the code in there is:

    Your User ID: %user.login%
    Your Password: %password%

    the login works fine... but there is no password!

    how can the users get their stuff??

    LOL this is crazy and so retarded.

    no wonder we are getting bombarded in our support desk with angry customers.... they can't access the stuff they paid for!
