We've been reviewing a few different pieces of software to manage members, password, etc. I noticed that one particular program noted a couple of sofware programs, Brutus being one. . .that have been used against sites to gain access to protected areas and steal passwords and usernames. These membership programs automatically shut down the connection and sent the administrator an email noting the hack attempt. Is there anything in place that might also address hacking attempts in your program?

    Thanks for your time.

This functionality will be added to aMember Pro soon.
For now, you can enable password generation and set password length long enough. It will make bruteforce attacks almost impossible.
