I have just began to take order using Google Checkout, and received this email and error message from them: We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://my-website-example.com/amember/plugins/payment/google_checkout/ResponseHandler.php As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications. The further notice says: We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://my-website-example.com/amember/plugins/payment/google_checkout/ResponseHandler.php -- the error we got is java.io.IOException: Error 'SSL_CERTIFICATE_ERROR' connecting to url 'https://my-website-example.com/amember/plugins/payment/google_checkout/ResponseHandler.php'. Does this have something to do with using https instead of http? Do I need an SSL Cert for this?? How do I fix? Thanks! -Josh
Josh, Yes you need to install valid SSL certificate which is acceptable by Google: http://support.google.com/checkout/sell/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=134466
