From kayako to aMember

    with aMember can get tickets from customers via email?
    when I reply to a ticket, the customer gets the email with the answer? or an e-mail informs the customer that his ticket has been answered on the site?
    I currently use "Kayako Fusion" and I would consider switching to aMember, there are limitations in the management of tickets?
