I have set up a 3 month free trial for a promotion. But all the people who have signed up show as expired in the user area. I'm having to go in and active the subscription manually. Can some explain how to make this automatic.

You had your product price set to $0 and duration set to 90. This was good.

But you also set a trial price of $0 but no duration. This caused the date to be a negative value which expired the product immediately.

I have corrected it for you.

In the future, instead of having 2 different products, you should consider having 1 product with a normal price and a trial price.

I really appreciate the help. The reason for the two products is this is a very specific promotion and will end on Nov. 22. The regular product has a 14 day trial and is set that way.
