Good Morning, I'm excited to find this product! It's exactly what I'm looking for. To my question...I installed the free trial and I wanted to create a 'free product' membership (our membership never requires a fee and is lifetime). However I can't seem to get it to work correctly. I put in price of 0.00 and duration of 50y Everytime I register (and then manually approve) it always shows 'not paid' or no products purchased. What am I doing wrong? Beyond this the product is working great!
great that worked! is there a way to 'auto-renew' their free membership? the instructions next to that field kinda confused me. do i put in a '-1' or something?
by "Day duration" Why is the account that is submitted is automatically expired and the registion is 7 yrs back. like registration date "feb-24-2006" expiration "feb-24-1999" i always get this kind of data on my amember...
Which product duration did you set? Does member have another subscriptions? If has, what is value for 'Renewal Group" in product settings?
