I know Amember used to offer a free install if you contact you guys within 24 hours or something after purchase. Is this still an option? I'll be referring some people to Amember who will possibly get tripped up with the installation and I want to know what options I have for them so they don't get stuck in this part. Is it safe to assume if you don't do the free install anymore, and they follow the instructions to get set up and end up running into problems that they can come in here for help and also contact support? They do install for free. You simply submit a ticket to support with all the server info. It does not have to be done within 24 hour of purchase. It does usually take 24 hours to complete the install. Installs are only performed on week days.
