Field Titles are now showing codes

    Hello,

    For some reason my fields are now showing their php codes instead of the regular names.

    For example, instead of "Membership Type" the field says: #_TPL_SIGNUP_MEMB_TYPE#

    How can I fix this?

    Please contact us in helpdesk with this issue.
    There is an error in template somewhere, so smarty does not display the rest of template correctly.
