Like any piece of software, we've had occasional glitches and problems that had to be ironed out, but Alex and the team have been fantastic at providing support and hunting down any little bugs we found. Our setup is fairly complicated, with a lot of different products, WordPress integration and a lot of members, so it was inevitably going to require some customisation and additional work. The guys put together a solid custom addon for us and were really responsive to changes. The project development and roadmap has been pretty fast-paced too, so it's great to see that they're committed to making the product better and not content to leave it as it is! Thanks guys!
I should add that we've not posted on the forum before, but have used it a huge amount to pin down advice and support!
