Hi Lets suppose a user signs up for a course that lasts 3 months. If for one reason or another the user emails us towards the expiry date to say they need an extension, can the administrator add days/weeks to the user account from the admin area? I ask because I've looked around the demo and I can't see how this would be done. Thanks.
Thanks David. But would this mean having to set up lots of additional products of various lengths of time just in order to give a customer an extension? Sometimes a student will email to say they need an extra week to finish some exercises and we simply add a few days to their expiry date for free. Since starting the thread yesterday I found a similar question on the forum and Alex had said he was going to implement the ability to add days from the admin panel. Do you know if this has been implemented? Thanks
No additional products needed. Just add the existing product to the account and set the end time. Give it a test! David
