Hello, This looks like an interesting product. I'd like to buy, and I have read the installation instructions but I have a couple of questions. First, I have a current populated .htpasswd file. Is it possible to pull that into aMember during the install, or will I have to readd all the users manually? Also, I don't want to currently sell access by any means. Although I will use PayPal in the future. I just want to use this (for the present) to manage my current users. Is it possible to set it up this way? Am am also concerned about what the best way to handle the authentication. You have so many ways (.htpasswd, PHP, etc.) Which way would you consider to be the most secure and expandable. Thanks, Carl
1. Existing htpasswd file can be imported after installation using aMember CP -> Import function 2. It is possible to manage membership manually - no problems. 3. PHP include is most secure method of protection. You can find more info here: http://cgi-central.net/amemberdocs/
