    Hi

    Users can have multiple products on our site. Currently when one product expires no expiry notification is sent if they have another product which has not expired. Is there a setting anywhere to change this.

    We have looked at the individual packages and in expire notifications the selected value is

    Use default setting (aMember CP->Setup->E-Mail)

    In the main setting under
    Messages to customer after subscription expiration we have ticked the box that says
    Enable Enable Expire Notification and there are various emails in there.

    Thanks in advance for any help

    Thanks David but I had already looked there. For each package it says
    Use default setting (aMember CP->Setup->E-Mail)
    S0 it should send a message anytime a product expires but it is still only doing it if the user has no other products that have not expired. This means memberships are lapsing as the users are not being made aware that their packages are/have expired.

    Not using V3 any more but shouldn't the setting there be ' EMail expiration notices for this product (regardless of global setting)'?

    Let me explain this again as I don't think I made myself clear initially.

    In each individual package we have selected the option Use default setting (aMember CP->Setup->E-Mail)

    Surely then the default setting should override everything. In the main setting there is a box that says
    Enable Expire Notification
    That box is ticked and there are email templates to send.

    The problem is it is not sending these if the user has more than one package which has not expired.

    This is expected, global settings are related to account expiration, and not to subscription expiration.
